Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your PolicyZen account and all associated data using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete In-App
- Open the PolicyZen app
- Tap Profile (bottom right tab)
- Tap Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Your account and all policy data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email Us
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account:
Email support@policyzen.aiInclude your registered email address and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days.
What gets deleted: Your account, all uploaded policy documents, AI chat history, and personal information. Subscription records may be retained for legal and billing compliance purposes.
